Our Story

 A successful business idea is usually born out of a personal need. Suffering from a breathing condition, we tried halotherapy when traveling in East Europe and were delighted with the results. We wanted to bring the benefits of this therapy to others in the UK. 

Seeing that we need to travel to London to visit a salt therapy centre, we decided to invest into transforming one of our rooms at home into a beautiful Himalayan salt chamber.  As we felt the health benefits to our family and friends, 

we decided to open a larger salt therapy open access facility in Bracknell, to help more people come and relax while enjoying the extraordinary benefits of salt. 

Following guidance from the Salt Therapy Association, we were aware that wall salt decor or salt on floor surfaces alone would not be sufficient to create the salt aerosol. We therefore invested in specialised equipment, known as a Halogenerator, that grinds the salt into micro-sized particles, disperses the salt aerosol into the room to be inhaled and exposed to the skin in a comforting environment. Tests have shown this to be the most effective method of salt dispersal, which have been shown to help soothe breathing problems and skin conditions.

We offer Family Sessions when children are invited to play on the "salt beach", using a variety of toys, accompanied by their parents who can relax on one of the comfortable armchairs. 

We also offer Adults Only sessions when you can relax in an armchair whilst reading a magazine or listening to music, breathing in and enjoying the beautiful Himalayan salt decor.
